Delivery policy

Orders are prepared and shipped 1 to 7 working days following validation on our site, excluding public holidays.

Delivery times may be affected during periods of high sales volumes (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.); If delays are noticed, you will be informed by our customer service and receive an estimated shipping date.

CHEMS PARIS delivers in mainland France as well as throughout the world.

Once your order has been shipped, we will no longer be able to change the order's delivery address. If you wish to change the delivery address once your order has been placed, contact us as soon as possible.

For all orders shipped to France, the carrier who will route and deliver your order will be LA POSTE/COLISSIMO.

For international orders, orders are forwarded to international companies that handle air shipping.

As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email from which you can track your order. If you are not at the address indicated during delivery, the transport company will contact you to reschedule a second delivery attempt according to your availability.

Deliveries are made by LA POSTE’s COLISSIMO service and calculated according to the size of the packages.

All orders: delivery costs from €8 (delivery costs are calculated based on the volume of the package)

Delivery times: between 2 and 5 working days from the date of shipment

NON-EU COUNTRIES

All orders: delivery costs from €8 (delivery costs are calculated based on the volume of the package)

Delivery times: between 5 and 8 working days from the date of shipment

Shipments to countries outside the European Union may be subject to customs taxes and additional charges. In all cases, these costs will be the buyer's responsibility and must be paid to the relevant customs office. CHEMS PARIS undertakes to take care of all the necessary documents so that the package can be cleared through customs.
